CARE (Ceramic Items)

All items are microwave safe unless stated otherwise and handwashing is recommended for longevity. As with all ceramic ware, avoid any sudden and extreme temperature change to prevent damage.

SHIPPING

Currently we are only shipping domestically within the United States. Please allow 5-8 days after payment for your order to be processed and dropped off for shipping. For pre-orders specifically, shipping times will be longer. For shipments around holidays please be mindful that there may be delays as well. We thank you for your patience and understanding on this. Shipping costs are carrier generated and are based on package dimensions and weight. 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All sales on all items are final. Petit Croissant Studio is individually operated. Ceramic items in particular are fully handmade from start to finish and will inherently have slight variations in size, form, and color, unlike mass produced goods. Thank you for your understanding!

In case of damage upon receipt, please email contact@petitcroissantstudio.com within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
