CARE

All items are microwave safe unless stated otherwise and handwashing is recommended for longevity. As with all ceramic ware, avoid any sudden and extreme temperature change to prevent damage.

The shop will be updated periodically. Follow my Instagram and sign up for email updates to stay in the loop.

 

SHIPPING

Currently we are only shipping domestically within the United States. Please allow 3-5 days after payment for your order to be processed and dropped off for shipping. For shipments around the holidays please be mindful that there may be delays. Shipping costs are carrier generated and are based on package dimensions and weight. 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All sales are final. Petit Croissant Studio is individually operated. All ceramics are fully handmade from start to finish and will inherently have slight variations in size, form, and color, unlike mass produced goods. Thank you for your understanding!

In case of damage upon receipt, please email petitcroissantstudio@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
